Don't settle for less. You can have a vibrant, loving relationship.
Love is a small four-letter word, but it is a dynamic word. It’s a big word that carries much weight in every relationship, especially in a marriage relationship! Without love, a marriage relationship will eventually die. How often have you heard, “I just don't love him/her anymore.” It doesn’t have to be this way.
You may ask, how do I get love back into my marriage? That’s a great question! The answer is not simple, but it is possible. It starts with the creator of love, God. God is love. We can start by surrendering ourselves to God and asking him to fill our hearts with love.
Jesus opened the door to eternal life. When He died on the cross, he opened the door to everyone and said come on in. He died so we could have forgiveness of sin. He wants everyone to have a loving relationship with Him.
Just as God has forgiven us of our wrongs, which lets us fully experience his love, we must also forgive our spouse to allow us to experience deep love fully. What do you need to forgive your spouse for? What do you need to ask your spouse to forgive you for? 1 Corinthians 13:8 (NASB) LOVE NEVER FAILS!
